I'm impressed with that VITABand thingy. Not only does it store your personal information for in case of emergency, but it also store payment information so you can run through Kroger and get an ice-cold Diet Mt. Dew after your run. Or is that just me?

Body Lite Laser
Price: Ranges from $1,500 to $4,000

The heck with exercise - this system combines a Zerona laser with Blood Nutrition Assessment, to help patients lose three to five inches of fat in two weeks. The laser targets two trouble areas, and can be a non-invasive alternative to liposuction.

The Haier America Trainer portable media player would be soomething nice to have because you have your music and it can show you your heart rate, calorie counter, pedometer and stop watch.

I think you need the Haier America Trainer portable media player. It has all of Rhapsody's music and supports other files, so it's better than the one that only comes with certain songs. Also, you said you train better when there is data and this includes includes a heart rate monitor, pedometer, a calorie counter and a stopwatch. It would just be even better if it were waterproof!

The Body Lite Laser is really cool in my opinion. That seems like such an easy way to lose weight. It's always good to exercise, but for people who don't like exercising, this would be the solution.

Quantum Scale
Price: $90
I like this item because it is different from a regular scale. Most of the time, when people start exercising they need to know how much they weight they lose so it would be helpful. I just hope that it does not mess up.

I'm impressed with the Quantum Scale because it tells you how much weight you have lost or gained instead of putting out your whole weight.

Okay so Im really digging the Body Lite Laser. Not only does over half of America need to own this, but Mrs. L you need to own this (NO OFFENSE). Over half of America's population is over-weight and for all of those people that cant afford surgery to remove fat, this is definante need. Anyways I'm done and I made my point.

I agree with the Body Lite Laser in some ways, but what if it messes up and you do not have enough money to buy another one? Then you would gain all of that weight back, because you depended on a machine to get the weight off, instead of getting your butt up and exercising.

The idea of incorporating video games with exercise is highly appealing especially if you have a sensor to keep you in the correct pose. However after doing some research I have found that most people prefer the kinect as it does not require users to hold sensors. (That's why I was on Amazon Mrs. L)

Quantum Scale

I think you should own this because it's WAY more efficient than trying to calcualte how much weight you have lost or gained. You way initially and every time you get on after that it shows a plus or minus that refers to how much weight you lost or gained. It would also be a good investment because most people don't want the constant reminder of how much they way. This would make it easier to weigh.

I like the VitaBand wristwatch. Although there is a yearly fee of $20 for it, it records all of the emergency info that you need to know. It tracks grocery shopping so that it will better understand what you like to buy. The only problem with this wristband is if you lose it or get it stolen from someone else. Then that other person will have complete control over what you have bought. What complications you have had. Receipts, Credit Card information would also be available. Seems a little unsecure, I like the idea...

This. But not because of all the "neat" games there are. My stepmother uses this, and she thinks it's absolutely hysterical to chase people down while she's riding on the bike. Thus, she is motivated to "pedal" faster and for longer periods of time.

You should get this because if you were deciding to lose weight then what better way to do it other than chasing down a jogging Neil as you pedal frantically to catch him?

The Quantum Scale is a really unique scale. it does not display how much you weigh but how much weight you have lost or gained. This is helpfull because it dosnt traumatize you when you see how much you weight instead it encourages you to make your numbers go down.

The Body Lite Laser really caught my eye. Everyone is way too lazy to go excersizing and to eat right, so why not make a laser that makes you lose two to three inches of fat in two weeks? Well as great as it sounds it's also very expensive, but if you win the lottery the Body Lite Laser is a beneficial investment.

The Quantum Scale decreases the focus on obtaining a specific weight and helps you to simply track your weight gain and loss. This keeps people from aiming for a goal like "100 pounds" and encourages goals for maintaining weight or losing 10 or 15 pounds. The personalized touch is encouraging and appealing.it would be even better if, like the WiThings scale, it could track accounts for multiple people.

So you bought the kids a Wii for Christmas - now use the console to shed some pounds. The motion-based games are a great way to get started on a workout plan, whether it's the exercise-based games Wii Fit or Wii Fit Plus, or energy games like Wii Sports Resort or Extreme Life Challenge

This would be neat because everyone loves videogames, and technically you arnt "working out" you are just playing and having fun.

I like that this gadget is both cheap and reliable. Only because of the fact you can check your heartrate and use a stop watch. Plus you can listen to music while exercising although you could use a regular mp3 player for that. Just not the heartbeat and stop watch.

The Quantum scale is a great idea. ALong with a normal scale, everyone should own one of these. It has the power to either be extremily motivational and encouraging (seing the negative number increas) or to be extremily alarming, telling you to get serious about exercise. With an average scale it is hard to remember your progress or solidify your weight fluctuation. This is a handy tool.
